The Opportunity
The Aviation Warehouse Ops Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and information within the Aviation Operations org. This position is responsible for coordinating various activities, from inventory management to logistics and distribution, in order to meet customer demands and optimize operational efficiency.
The Skillset
Strong experience with order processing, fulfillment, and shipping coordination in a warehouse or operations environment.
Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy, including serialization, tracking, counts, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience assembling, preparing, and configuring hardware for field deployment, including basic software flashing.
Operational discipline to maintain organized warehouse spaces and ensure deployment readiness with adequate buffer inventory.
Ability to identify and resolve shipping, delivery, or inventory issues quickly while maintaining service-level commitments.
Process-improvement mindset with experience streamlining workflows, reducing SLAs, and improving operational efficiency.
Clear, direct communicator able to collaborate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with shifting priorities and minimal supervision.

First 30 Days
Build foundational understanding of aviation products, deployments, and install types
Learn how the aviation warehouse operates today, including tools, systems, and cross-functional handoffs.
Establish strong working relationships with Supply Chain, PMO, and Warehouse teams.
Begin owning initiatives by delivering 2–3 quick wins that improve warehouse organization or Dock 3 prep.
First 60 Days
Take clear ownership and accountability for Aviation Warehouse operations and daily execution.
Operate independently across receiving, serialization, preparation, and shipping workflows.
Build trust as a go-to partner for aviation warehouse needs across cross-functional teams.
Drive execution against quarterly install goals while identifying opportunities to improve future-state operations.
First 90 Days
Fully manage all aviation hardware and inventory flow from the Coop through installation.
Establish reliable inventory tracking and visibility across current and upcoming aviation products.
Proactively identify and solve operational gaps while influencing priorities and resource needs.
Develop a forward-looking POV on how the aviation warehouse should evolve to support next-gen products and programs.
Salary & Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting hourly rate between $21 and $23 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.

This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia where you’ll join our dynamic team to collaborate in person and drive innovation.
