Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Corporate FP&A Manager role stands out in the SaaS landscape because it sits at the intersection of operating model ownership and metric-driven decision support. The remit spans recurring reporting, scenario work, and executive-facing recommendations, which is where SaaS companies translate subscription performance signals into resource allocation. The emphasis on forecasting beyond the P&L aligns with how modern SaaS businesses manage growth through leading indicators, not just historical financials.
For a SaaS finance career, the long-term value is in building fluency across the full planning cadence, including monthly close narratives, quarterly reforecasts, and annual planning. Exposure to tooling that connects CRM, ERP, and planning systems also develops practical systems thinking that travels well across SaaS organizations. The focus on cohort and retention-oriented metrics supports durable expertise in subscription economics and GTM efficiency.
This position is best suited to a finance leader who enjoys unstructured analysis, iterates on models, and can turn ambiguity into clear executive communication. It will fit someone who prefers cross-functional partnership with FP&A and GTM strategy stakeholders, and who is comfortable being accountable for consolidated views that inform senior investment decisions.
