Your Role: Senior Product Manager, Creators
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge on CrowdRiff’s fastest-growing product: the Creator Marketplace. Unlike traditional platforms, we’ve taken a uniquely hands-on, Uber-like approach—brands simply tell us what they need, and we deliver creator-shot content with fixed pricing, scoped briefs, and high-quality results. It’s a bold, operationally intensive model that eliminates friction for brands and empowers micro-creators to thrive. This role is for someone who thrives end-to-end—from defining big-picture strategy to shipping pixel-perfect experiences. You’ll wrestle with complex challenges like translating vague campaign visions into beautifully executed shoots, solving day-of logistics with smart workflows, and using AI and deep customer insight to scale both sides of the marketplace. There’s a massive opportunity ahead as we expand from destination marketing into OTAs, agencies, and global travel brands—each with unique needs and fast-moving expectations.

- 5+ Years in Product Management: Especially in SaaS or marketplaces. You’ve shipped 0→1 and scaled 1→n.
- Business Acumen: Comfortable with P&Ls, pricing, and using data to guide prioritization.
- Technical Fluency: You speak engineering fluently—even if you don’t write code.
- LLM & AI Fluency: You understand how to apply LLMs in real-world workflows and are excited to use them to scale quality, speed, and structure across the product.
