You will play a pivotal role in shaping Gong’s team by leveraging a data-driven and strategic approach to recruiting. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers accross EMEA to understand their needs, align recruiting efforts with the company’s strategic goals, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with innovative technology. This a fixed term contract for initially 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Talent Acquisition Partner to specific business units, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process alongside them.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate and compelling job descriptions, and establish clear hiring criteria.
- Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to enhance the candidate pool.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Source suitable and relevant candidates for various areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; preferably supporting GTM organizations ideally
- Experience in SaaS or technology preferred
- Ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in Workday, Greenhouse, and Google Suite preferred.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environme
