Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Technical sourcing sits close to the operating system of SaaS growth, because engineering, data, DevOps, and product hiring directly shapes delivery velocity and reliability. This EMEA-focused role is notable for its breadth across technical functions and its emphasis on finding talent in the communities where SaaS builders actually spend time, from GitHub to Stack Overflow, rather than relying on inbound applicants alone. The fixed term framing also signals a defined hiring push that will likely demand disciplined pipeline building.
For a SaaS career, the strongest value here is learning how modern product companies translate roadmap needs into hiring plans and then into measurable sourcing activity. Working with an ATS and sourcing analytics builds a repeatable, metrics-led approach that travels well across SaaS organisations. Exposure to talent mapping and market trends also develops commercial awareness of how competitive landscapes affect team formation.
This position suits a sourcer who prefers structured experimentation, testing outreach approaches, refining search strategies, and iterating based on response data. It will appeal to someone comfortable partnering tightly with recruiters and hiring managers and who enjoys moving between multiple technical domains without losing rigor. It fits professionals aiming to deepen in-house SaaS recruiting craft across EMEA.
