Responsibilities
As a successful Customer Support Manager, you’ll use the “Heart of a Teacher” mindset to leverage Outbuild’s scheduling and planning solutions within the construction industry. You’ll be responsible for prompt and accurate resolution to our customer’s questions, and will also be the champion of keeping our educational content up to date.
- Manage service tickets through our in-app live chat.
- Communicate and brainstorm constructively with team members for solutions for our clients.
- Identify product improvements by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, and competitor solutions.
- Manage the production and maintenance of our online, self-paced learning resources.
- Develop learning strategies and work with marketing to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
- Build trust and strengthen relationships with key contacts at the project and company level.
- Conduct virtual and occasional onsite training and workshops to establish successful product implementation as support team on select client accounts.
