Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Systems Operations Specialist role sits at the intersection of SaaS tooling and day to day business execution, covering CRM administration, integrations, and automation across common platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, D365, and Zoho. In SaaS environments, these systems form the operational backbone for revenue and customer workflows, so the work is closely tied to how a company runs, measures performance, and maintains reliable data across teams.
From a SaaS career perspective, the position builds durable capability in operating and improving a modern SaaS stack: API based integrations, data flow integrity, and automation that reduces manual work. The mix of troubleshooting and longer term optimisation is a strong foundation for progression into Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or broader operational engineering roles where cross functional impact and system design judgement matter.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys structured problem solving and translating business needs into technical changes, while staying accountable for stability and documentation. It will appeal to professionals who like working across stakeholders, can switch between hands on scripting and process thinking, and want to deepen expertise in the operational layer that supports SaaS growth and compliance.
