Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Enterprise Solutions Engineering sits at the center of how B2B SaaS companies win larger, more complex customers, and this role is positioned squarely in that enterprise motion. The listing signals a platform product used by IT operations teams, where evaluations tend to be technical, integration-heavy, and influenced by multiple stakeholders. It is also framed as a “builder” seat, which is typically associated with companies formalising repeatable enterprise pre sales as they expand upmarket.
For a SaaS career, the durable value here is the breadth of exposure across the full technical sales cycle, from discovery through proof of concept and into implementation handoff. That combination tends to sharpen judgment around solution design, security and networking considerations, and how to translate product capabilities into measurable outcomes for enterprise buyers. The emphasis on reusable assets and playbooks also builds operating leverage skills that transfer well across SaaS organisations scaling a solutions engineering function.
This role fits professionals who are comfortable operating with high autonomy, partnering tightly with account executives, and acting as a structured feedback channel to product teams. It will suit someone who enjoys balancing hands on technical depth with executive level communication, and who prefers work that mixes customer facing problem solving with internal enablement.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive growth and align technical value to business goals.
Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value and ensure long-term adoption success.

Represent NinjaOne at enterprise-facing industry events, conferences, and customer forums.
Help shape the future of the Enterprise SE function as a founding member of the team, contributing to playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment.
