Position Summary
Kaseya is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive adoption, expansion, and revenue growth across our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) platform. Reporting directly to the General Manager of RMM, this role is responsible for owning the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
This leader will operate at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and customer experience—leveraging experimentation, analytics, and deep customer insight to identify and scale growth opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a strong product mindset combined with a growth orientation, and a proven track record of driving measurable business impact in SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the growth strategy for Kaseya’s RMM platform, focusing on adoption, activation, retention, expansion, and revenue.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and execute experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimization, pricing/packaging, in-product messaging).
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver initiatives.
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to identify friction and optimize experiences.
- Define and optimize onboarding to accelerate time-to-value.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success on growth initiatives.
- Drive monetization strategies including pricing and packaging.
- Establish and track key growth KPIs and dashboards.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on growth or PLG in SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth outcomes.
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle metrics.
- Experience working cross-functionally across product, engineering, and GTM teams.
- Strong business acumen and revenue-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in IT management, RMM, or MSP platforms preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS pricing and packaging.
- Familiarity with MSP workflows and endpoint management.
- Experience in multi-product platform environments.
- Strong technical fluency.
