About The Job

Most law firms rely on outdated SEO tactics, generic content, and vanity metrics. FirmPilot replaces that guesswork with precision. Our proprietary legal knowledge database ensures that content is written to rank. Real-time competitor analysis identifies the searches that actually convert. The platform optimizes continuously based on results, not reports.

The Role
This is a high-activity outbound BDR position. Cold calls, cold outreach, pipeline generation. Not passive. Not inbound.
What you'll do:
- 80+ calls per day with follow-up emails logged in HubSpot
- Convert outreach into qualified meetings with law firm decision-makers
- Generate pipeline that hits demo targets (minimum 14 completed shows per month)
- Partner with Account Executives on handoff and deal progression
- Use conferences and events as additional pipeline channels
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or business development
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
- Consistent, coachable, and motivated by targets
- Strong verbal communicator who qualifies and adapts in real time

Compensation Pursuant to applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this role is
$60,000 to $80,000, with additional commission based on performance.
