Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Intern to support both our Legal and Legal Operations functions. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a fast-growing, global SaaS company.
As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with Nexthink’s Legal team on a mix of operational and substantive legal work. You will gain exposure to contract lifecycle management, commercial agreements, and legal process optimization, while supporting key initiatives that improve efficiency across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Legal Support
Assist in the review and negotiation of NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, standard commercial contracts, and other routine legal documents

- Currently pursuing a JD or undergraduate degree in Legal Studies, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in corporate law, legal operations, or SaaS technology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information
