Role overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Territory Account Executive to join our Growth team and play a key role in accelerating our expansion. In this position, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle within your assigned region, transforming both inbound and outbound opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building meaningful client connections, and is motivated by closing deals and delivering measurable impact. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to refine sales strategies, contribute to process improvements, and help shape the future of our commercial success.
Main responsibilities:
Own the full-cycle sales process from prospecting to expanding existing customer relationships.
Engage with both inbound and outbound leads to drive new business.
Reactivate dormant accounts and turn one-off transactions into recurring revenue.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on sales strategies and customer success.
Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales processes, tools, and playbooks.
Main requirements:
Professional proficiency in English and preferably another language like Spanish, French or Chinese.
Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within B2B and/or Life Sciences industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results.
Nice to have: Experience in the pharma industry or knowledge of quality compliance and auditing processes.
