Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior HR Business Partner role stands out in the SaaS ecosystem because it sits directly at the intersection of go to market execution and operating model design. Supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success means influencing the functions that translate product value into recurring revenue, while the stated mandate around AI integrated role redesign reflects a broader shift in SaaS toward instrumented, tech enabled people operations.
For a SaaS career, the long term value is the combination of strategic partnership and systems thinking. Work such as skills matrices, role mapping, and talent review design builds a toolkit that travels well across subscription businesses, where capacity planning, ramp productivity, and org clarity materially affect retention and expansion. The emphasis on workflow transparency and automation also aligns with how modern SaaS companies expect HR to operate like an internal platform, using data and repeatable processes rather than case by case handling.
This role is best suited to an experienced HRBP who prefers being embedded with senior GTM leaders and is comfortable balancing high volume partnership with program build work. It will fit someone who enjoys experimenting with AI tools, documenting processes, and working asynchronously in a centralized system of record, while still being present for sensitive coaching and employee relations moments.

Job Description
About the Role:
As a Senior HRBP for our Global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you will be a primary architect of our "Future of Work" strategy. Your mission is to balance high-volume operational partnership with a transformative mandate: redesigning roles for an AI-integrated world. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and people excellence, ensuring our GTM teams are skilled, motivated, and highly enabled to scale.
What makes this role different? Unlike standard HRBP roles that focus on maintenance, this is a build and redesign role. You are joining an organization where you are expected to challenge the status quo, use AI to reinvent your own job, and work under a manager who is deeply committed to your career acceleration. We use Wrike to manage our workflows, ensuring total transparency and collaboration across the global People team.
Your Impact:
- Future of Work & AI Integration: Lead the redesign of GTM roles and building comprehensive Skills Matrices in collaboration with GTM leaders.
- Elevating Talent Reviews: Transform the Talent Review process from a "check-the-box" exercise into a meaningful growth engine by coaching managers on high-impact feedback and ensuring employees feel heard.
- The "Next Job Ready" Program: Launch and manage an internal mobility initiative designed to level up employees for their next career move within Wrike.
- Strategic GTM Partnership: Act as a pragmatic problem-solver for Director-level stakeholders, using data to identify and resolve business friction before it scales.
- Operational Excellence: Navigate a high-volume environment, managing complex requests with speed and precision across the GTM and Marketing functions.
- Operational Automation: You will be expected to relentlessly identify and automate repetitive HRBP workflows by building custom Gems, utilizing Wrike’s internal AI tools, and documenting automated processes to shift the GTM People team from manual execution to strategic oversight.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record as an HRBP in a high-growth tech environment, specifically supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams.
- Organizational Design: Experience in role mapping, leveling, and building competency-based Skills Matrices.
- Coaching & Influence: Demonstrated ability to sit in on difficult conversations and provide immediate, actionable feedback to leadership.
- Pragmatic Problem Solving: Ability to hear "cues" in business discussions, translate them into problems, and solve them using a mix of data and intuition.
- Seniority: Expert-level understanding of local labor laws, employee relations, and performance management frameworks.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in G Suite and experience working within a Project Management or System of Record tool (like Wrike, Notion, Asana etc) is required; you must be comfortable managing your entire body of work, tracking projects, and collaborating asynchronously within a centralized productivity platform.
Standout Qualities:
- AI-Adopted Baseline: You don’t just use AI to "polish emails." You are a tinkerer who spends time daily building personal GPTs/Gems, reading up on the latest tools, and documenting how to automate your own HR processes.
- High-Energy Motivation: You bring a driven, "excited" personality to the team and are genuinely motivated by the pace of a transforming organization.
- Data Tinkerer: You are comfortable diving into spreadsheets or HRIS data to prove a hypothesis or track the success of your programs via NPS and feedback scores.
Team Dynamics:
- Reporting: You will report directly to the Lead HRBP for GTM & Marketing, joining a team that values high enablement and professional growth.
- The Neighborhood: You’ll collaborate daily with the internal HRBP team, HR Ops, Stakeholders, and Finance.
- Stakeholders: Your primary partners will be Director-level leaders and their direct reports (-1 managers), along with the heartbeat of our organization - the employees.
Our Work Style:
Environment: We operate in a high-paced, ever-changing, and flexible environment. If you are near a Wrike hub, we recommend coming in 2–3 times a week. For remote employees, travel to our Prague or Cyprus offices is expected roughly once every 3 months.
Tool Stack: We live in Wrike for project management and productivity, and utilize G Suite, UKG, and Engagedly.
Methodology: We follow a meritocracy; we reward high performance, drive, and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
The Competitive Hook: This role offers the rare chance to move beyond maintenance and into role-design and AI-integration, working under a manager dedicated to your career growth.
