Lead Product Manager
Role:
We're hiring a Lead PM to own new bets — new businesses, new revenue lines, new product categories. This is a 0-to-1 charter reporting directly to the Head of Product. You'll take ideas from conception to launch: size the opportunity, run discovery, shape the wedge, ship V1, and figure out what becomes a business. You'll operate with the autonomy of a founder and the distribution of 60M users.
What you'll do:
- Own a portfolio of 0-to-1 bets across new businesses, growth, and monetisation
- Size markets, run customer discovery, and form sharp views on where Apna should play next
- Ship V1s fast, AI-native by default, and iterate based on real signal
- Partner directly with the CEO, Head of Product, and functional heads to align strategy and execution
- Build in ambiguity — define the problem, the metric, and the motion
- Kill bets that aren't working; double down on the ones that are
- 5+ years in product management, ideally in consumer internet startups, with exposure to high scale, with proven 0-to-1 work
- Sharp customer sense, product sense, and business acumen — you know what to build, why, and for whom
- High agency. You find the wedge and go; you don't wait for direction
- AI-native, not AI-curious. You build with AI in the loop for discovery, design, and shipping
- Founder mentality. You own outcomes, not activities, and are ruthless on prioritization
- Thrives in ambiguity. Turns messy problem spaces into testable hypotheses
