Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
WorkSpan sits in a distinctive part of the B2B SaaS landscape: software that enables partner ecosystems and co selling, where product adoption is shaped as much by go to market design as by UI and features. Featuring a senior product role focused on growth in this context highlights how modern SaaS differentiation increasingly comes from distribution mechanics, interoperability, and network effects rather than standalone functionality.
For a product leader building a SaaS career, the remit signals durable, portable experience across core growth disciplines. The work spans funnel experimentation, onboarding to value, and monetization levers such as packaging and in product triggers, alongside close alignment with Sales and Marketing on handoffs and positioning. The emphasis on AI native capabilities also reflects a broader shift in SaaS toward agentic workflows and automated engagement, adding relevance for product managers tracking where growth practice is heading.
This role best suits someone who prefers operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, moving from deciding a growth motion to shipping and iterating. It will appeal to product managers who enjoy data informed tradeoffs, direct customer learning loops, and cross functional influence, especially in B2B SaaS where revenue outcomes depend on coordinated product and GTM systems.

● Be a part of an ambitious, supportive team on a mission
The Role: Principal Product Manager, Growth
As the GPM / Principal Product Manager for Growth, you will be the driving force behind WorkSpan’s evolution into an AI-native growth engine. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Data, and GTM strategy, owning the end-to-end user journey for our agentic AI platform.
This is a unique "full-stack" product role where you will be both the strategic architect—deciding between PLG and Product-Led Sales (PLS) motions—and the operational lead driving execution. Beyond optimizing the funnel, you will own specific product features and capabilities, evolving the product based on direct learnings from onboarding and scaling customers.
Your primary responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Experimentation
- Define the Growth Motion: Strategically evaluate and implement both PLG (self-serve) and PLS (sales-assisted) motions to determine the most effective path for different market segments.
- Conversion Optimization: Design and execute rapid experiments across the user lifecycle to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Monetization & Pricing: Develop strategies for in-product triggers, packaging, and self-service expansion to accelerate revenue growth.
Product Ownership & Capability Building
- Feature Roadmap: Own key product features and core capabilities, ensuring they evolve to meet the needs of an AI-native ecosystem.
- Onboarding to Value: Directly manage the product experience for initial onboarding, translating customer friction into high-impact product enhancements.
- AI-Driven Growth: Leverage WorkSpan’s agentic AI capabilities to create "intelligent" growth loops and automated user engagement.
Operational Execution & Insights
- Execution Leadership: Move seamlessly from high-level strategy to hands-on execution, collaborating with engineering and design to ship growth-focused updates.
- Customer & Market Insights: Engage deeply with users to understand pain points, using these insights to validate positioning and product direction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on demand generation and Sales leadership on deal strategies and PQL (Product Qualified Lead) handoffs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years B2B SaaS experience, preferably in high-growth ecosystems and with focus on growing the MAU / DAU.
- Deep Growth Expertise: Proven track record in Product-Led Growth (PLG) or Growth Product Management, with a focus on driving measurable revenue impact.
- Strategic & Operational Hybrid: Ability to define long-term growth strategy while maintaining the "builder" mindset to drive daily execution.
- AI/ML Familiarity: Experience or strong interest in AI-native product positioning and adoption strategies.
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex product value to both technical and executive audiences.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable analyzing user metrics, win/loss data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to understand technical architectures and APIs well enough to articulate value and deliver demos.
What this role is NOT
- Not a "Maintenance" PM role: You won't just be managing a legacy roadmap; you are responsible for inventing the growth engine.
- Not just an Inbound role: You own the "what" and "how" of the growth features, but you must stay market-facing to ensure they resonate.
Company Perks & Benefits
- Competitive salary, equity, and performance bonus
- Unlimited vacation
- Latest access to devices, learning and tools
- Medical insurance
- Monthly Wellness Stipend
- Work from Office (Whitefield, Bengaluru)
- Ability to work with people with experience in building and scaling startups and seen successful exits in the past
- Have access to marquee clients - Nvidia, AMD, Anthropic, Cisco, SAP (to name a few)
