· Analyze compensation effectiveness by tracking attainment, cost of sales, and correlation to business performance.
· Build, enhance, and maintain scalable commission forecasting, accrual, and reporting models in Excel and commissions systems (e.g. Captivate IQ)
· Enhance automation and data integrity across commissions processes by integrating data from CRM, HR, and financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday).
· Develop dashboards and variance analyses comparing forecasted vs. actual commissions expenses.
· Deliver actionable insights and present findings to FP&A leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Serve as a subject matter expert for commissions processes, systems, and data governance
