Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Harvey sits in a growing segment of SaaS where AI is delivered as an enterprise platform, and the commercial layer has to keep pace with evolving usage patterns and contract structures. A Senior Product Manager focused on billing signals that monetisation mechanics are becoming a core product surface, not just an internal system. In AI-driven SaaS, billing often intersects with trust, transparency, and governance, making this remit central to how customers adopt and expand.
For a SaaS product career, billing work builds durable expertise in the operating system of subscription businesses, spanning metering, invoicing, auditability, and the handoffs into finance and legal. It also develops cross-functional product leadership skills because billing touches pricing and packaging decisions, enterprise deal complexity, and customer-facing experience. Experience here tends to transfer well across SaaS categories, since most scale challenges converge on reliable revenue infrastructure.
This role fits a product manager who prefers systems thinking and enjoys translating commercial requirements into product primitives. It will suit someone comfortable partnering across engineering, design, go-to-market, finance, and legal, and who values precision in customer-impacting workflows. It is also a strong match for professionals drawn to platform products where correctness and clarity matter as much as feature velocity.
