We are looking for a strategic and customer-centric Customer Profiles Product Manager to lead programs and product initiatives that strengthen customer profile management across the business. In this role, you will help shape experiences and features that integrate inclusion, security, and financial maturity principles, while working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful and scalable customer solutions.

You will be responsible for the following:
Designing cohesive strategies and programs that integrate principles of inclusion, security, and financial maturity
Incubating new experiences and features to test concepts and validate ideas before scaling
Ensuring delightful customer experiences across touchpoints through strong product thinking and execution
Driving governance and reinforcement of policies and execution across products and features
Performing regular analysis, insight generation, and reporting for relevant stakeholders
Partnering with cross-functional teams to align customer profile initiatives with business direction and governance requirements
Helping shape innovative features and experiences by understanding the business, customer, and regulatory landscape
Influencing stakeholders across customer experience, lifecycle management, product, and governance teams to move initiatives forward.
We are looking for:
Strong product management experience, preferably in customer profile, customer lifecycle, or related domains
Proven ability to design and drive strategy, programs, and scalable product initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
Data-driven mindset with experience using analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
Good understanding of customer, business, and regulatory considerations in product development
Ability to incubate and test new concepts, features, and experiences before broader rollout
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
