Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Experiential brand work is often underweighted in SaaS, yet it plays a measurable role in how B2B platforms earn trust in crowded categories. This Senior Experiential Brand Designer role stands out because it sits at the intersection of physical presence and digital touchpoints, shaping how an AI-first SaaS product is represented in real-world customer moments as well as virtual programming. The remit signals a company operating at a scale where consistency across regions and channels matters.
For a SaaS career, the value is in learning how brand systems travel across formats that have very different constraints, from large-format print and environmental design to slide systems and event surfaces. The emphasis on production discipline and repeatable systems maps closely to how mature SaaS teams reduce rework and protect quality as activity increases. Close partnership with Field Marketing also builds fluency in translating go-to-market priorities into tangible assets.
This role fits designers who enjoy end-to-end ownership and are comfortable moving between concept development and operational details like specs, vendor coordination, and file hygiene. It will suit someone who wants their craft to land outside design tools, and who is motivated by building scalable frameworks rather than one-off event creative.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
Job Description
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
Senior Experiential Brand Designer
You’ll shape how Synthesia shows up in experiential moments around the world — across physical environments, customer moments, and supporting digital experiences.
Design at Synthesia
Design at Synthesia exists to clarify, build trust, and make the work memorable. We care about fundamentals (typography, layout, systems thinking) and default to simple, clear communication.
We run with low process and high ownership. Designers are trusted to lead end-to-end, collaborate closely with partners, and ship work that holds up outside of Figma.
For Experiential, that means strong concepts and production discipline: systems, specs, file hygiene, and a high bar for what shows up on-site.
What You’ll Do
Co-own the visual design of Synthesia’s global experiential presence
Design booths, physical environments, signage, print assets, and merch
Create visual identities and slide systems for customer events
Support digital experiential design (webinars, virtual summits)
Manage production-ready files and collaborate with suppliers
Help build scalable systems for repeatable experiential execution
Partner closely with Field Marketing to translate strategy into high-quality design
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in brand or visual design
Strong experience in experiential and physical environment design
(Titles vary: you might have “events” in your title — that’s totally fine)
Deep knowledge of print production and large-format setup
Fluency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
Excellent typography and layout skills
Strong presentation / slide design skills
Comfortable managing suppliers and vendors
Comfortable traveling internationally for events
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B or tech
Experience building modular event systems across regions
Basic motion skills for event screens
