Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Technical sourcing is a leverage role in SaaS because product velocity and reliability depend on scarce engineering and product talent. This EMEA-focused position sits close to the technical hiring market across multiple disciplines, using community and platform sourcing to reach candidates who often do not apply through standard channels. The fixed term framing also signals a defined hiring push, which is common when SaaS organisations are building out capability in specific regions or functions.
For a SaaS career, the value comes from learning how modern technical teams are assembled and how talent supply affects delivery. Working with hiring managers across engineering, data, DevOps, and product builds fluency in role profiles, team structures, and the signals that predict successful hires. A metrics-led approach and disciplined ATS usage develop operational recruiting skills that transfer well across SaaS environments where funnel efficiency and time to hire are closely tracked.
This role tends to suit someone who enjoys research, structured outreach, and iterating on search strategies based on evidence. It is a strong match for sourcers who like partnering tightly with recruiters and stakeholders, and who want breadth across technical domains rather than deep ownership of a single function. It also fits professionals comfortable balancing pipeline building with hands-on screening work.
