Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Enablement roles sit at a pivotal point in SaaS, translating frequent product iteration into consistent adoption across revenue and delivery teams. With Coveo’s Commerce line positioned around AI-powered capabilities, this Senior Technical Enablement Manager remit highlights a common SaaS challenge: keeping internal teams, partners, and customers aligned as features ship and messaging evolves across multiple audiences.
From a career perspective, the work builds durable SaaS operating skills: release readiness as a repeatable program, cross-functional alignment with Product and Go-to-Market stakeholders, and the discipline of turning product knowledge into scalable learning assets. The emphasis on metrics also signals exposure to measuring enablement impact, a competency that carries across B2B SaaS organizations where adoption, retention, and expansion depend on effective knowledge transfer.
This role will suit a professional who enjoys structured program ownership and can move between technical detail and practical education. It fits someone comfortable convening stakeholders, building frameworks that outlast individual launches, and iterating on content based on feedback and performance data. Experience in implementation, product enablement, or adjacent operations work maps naturally to the scope described.
