Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Marketing Automation and AI Analyst role stands out in SaaS because it sits at the operational layer where product-led systems meet revenue execution. The remit spans marketing automation, cross-system integrations, and emerging AI workflows, reflecting how modern SaaS teams increasingly treat automation as core infrastructure rather than a support function. The on-site Montreal setting also signals close partnership with adjacent functions, which is often where SaaS process design becomes most impactful.
For a SaaS career, the role offers durable exposure to how scalable go-to-market operations are built and maintained. Experience translating requirements into automations, working with APIs or low-code tooling, and improving marketing data flows maps directly to common SaaS challenges such as attribution reliability, lifecycle orchestration, and operational governance. The focus on self-serve tooling and repeatable workflows develops a portfolio of systems work that transfers across marketing ops, revenue ops, and broader growth operations roles.
This position best fits someone who prefers building and iterating on operational systems while staying close to real campaign execution. It will appeal to professionals who enjoy cross-functional problem solving, can balance stakeholder needs with technical constraints, and want to deepen practical fluency with platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce alongside applied AI experimentation.

As a Senior Marketing Automation & AI Analyst, you'll design and build the automation, workflows, and AI-powered systems that enable our teams to move faster, make better decisions, and drive greater impact.
You'll partner across marketing, revenue operations, data, and technology teams to transform business challenges into scalable solutions. From workflow automation to AI agents and system integrations, you'll play a central role in shaping how Coveo Marketing operates in an AI-native future - owning the orchestration layer that ties our systems, workflows, and AI agents together.
As our Senior Marketing Automation & AI Analyst, you will:
Design, build, and maintain automations and self-service tools that reduce manual effort across campaign operations, audience management, and marketing processes.
Develop and deploy artificial intelligence (AI) agents and workflows that improve efficiency across the marketing funnel, from data preparation and enrichment to campaign quality assurance and execution.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging the right combination of automation, integration, and AI capabilities.
Partner closely with marketing, revenue operations, information technology, and data stakeholders to deliver high-impact cross-functional projects.
Be the team player who steps in on hands-on campaign execution as required, while building automation that makes it self-serve over time.
Develop a deep understanding of marketing data flows and recommend improvements that strengthen campaign execution, reporting, and decision-making.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
4+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related technical field, with hands-on experience in a marketing automation platform.
Proven ability to design and deliver complex technical solutions, from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
Experience working with automation tools, application programming interfaces (APIs), scripting, or no-code and low-code technologies to solve business problems.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and influence decision-making.
What will make you stand out:
Experience with HubSpot and related technologies such as Salesforce, Traction Complete, or Asana.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, agents, or productivity solutions using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing data architecture, integrations, and data governance principles.
A builder mindset with a strong bias toward experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvement.
