Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Workplace operations roles are often under-credited in SaaS, yet they directly influence how effectively product, revenue, and customer teams collaborate day to day. In a company like Gong, whose platform sits close to revenue execution, the Singapore office becomes a practical hub for cross-functional work across APAC. Featuring an Office Manager contract role highlights how SaaS companies operationalise growth through reliable facilities programs, vendor coordination, and consistent in-office support.
For a SaaS career path, this position builds fluency in the internal systems that scale alongside headcount: onboarding logistics, access management, office standards, and stakeholder support for visiting executives. That experience transfers across SaaS environments because it sits at the intersection of people operations, IT coordination, and workplace governance, all of which tend to tighten as companies mature and expand internationally.
This role suits professionals who prefer structured ownership and high-touch service work, with the judgement to handle sensitive information and shifting priorities. It will appeal to someone comfortable being the local point of coordination, improving processes as needs evolve, and partnering with multiple internal teams to keep an office running predictably.
