Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Head of Product role stands out in the SaaS landscape because it sits at the intersection of enterprise workflows and applied AI. The product focus is contract intelligence, a domain where SaaS differentiation depends on reliability, trust, and integration into established legal and procurement processes. The listing also signals a company moving beyond early product-market fit into a more structured product phase, with a shift from founder-led decisions to dedicated product leadership.
From a SaaS career perspective, the remit offers exposure to the full product system that matters in enterprise B2B: balancing model capability with user experience, defining defensible value as the underlying technology changes, and translating customer reality into roadmap choices. Experience shipping into complex organizations tends to compound, because it builds judgement around adoption, stakeholder management, and what “usable” means outside a demo.
This role is best suited to a product leader who prefers clear ownership and is comfortable being accountable for outcomes across strategy, team building, and execution. It fits someone who can partner credibly with engineering, stay close to customer problems, and make pragmatic trade-offs in an environment where AI constraints and possibilities evolve quickly.
The section above is editorial commentary from The SaaS Jobs, provided to help SaaS professionals understand the role in a broader industry context.
Job Description
Why join Ivo?
Every civilization runs on the same infrastructure: agreements between people who don't fully trust each other. Sumerians pressed them into clay. Romans carved them into stone. We bury them in 80-page PDFs.
The way those agreements are reviewed hasn't changed in four thousand years - a human reads the whole thing and tries not to miss anything. We're building the AI that finally changes that. Ivo is the contract intelligence platform of choice for companies like Uber, Meta, Canva, Intel, IBM, and Shopify. We recently raised our Series B and have grown 800% over the last 12 months.
What is the job?
Ivo's product has been built by founders who understand contracts deeply and care intensely about quality. That's landed us inside legal teams at Meta, Intel, Uber, Atlassian, and 40+ Fortune 500 companies. Now we need someone to take the product to its next stage of growth.
This is a full ownership role. You're stepping into a company at an inflection point, transitioning the function from founder-led to leader-driven. You'll set the strategic direction for a platform that's expanding what Ivo does and who it serves in ways the market hasn't seen yet.
LLM capabilities are moving fast enough that the product you design today may need rethinking in six months. You'll continuously reassess what AI can do, what that means for user experience, and where defensible value actually lives.
What you bring:
8+ years in product, with at least 3 years owning a function or significant scope at a B2B software company.
You work well with engineers and earn their trust.
You have an ability to balance the current jagged capabilities of models today while also projecting capabilities into the future.
You've owned a product function. As the CEO of the product, you own the success of the product, including hiring, strategy, and outcomes.
You’re capable of building a world-class product team to support you.
You've shipped enterprise B2B software into complex organizations. You understand that there is a gap between a product that looks good in a demo and product that is actually useful.
You get energy from building delightful experiences for end users.
You care about understanding customer problems and solving them.
You have good judgement about the areas where we non-negotiably need to be best in the world, and areas where we can apply the 80/20 rule.
You move fast, communicate clearly, and know where process is helpful and where it isn’t necessary.
You've worked closely with an enterprise sales-led motion and understand how product decisions affect deal cycles.
