Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Post sales revenue operations is increasingly where SaaS companies win or lose efficiency, especially as recurring revenue shifts from new bookings to retention and expansion. This role sits at that inflection point, focusing on the operating system behind Customer Success and Account Management rather than frontline selling. The scope spans planning, forecasting, and health reporting, which are core levers for improving net revenue retention as a subscription business matures.
For a SaaS career, the work builds durable expertise in how recurring revenue is managed end to end. Ownership of territory and book design, quota methodology, and renewal and expansion forecasting develops a strong command of the mechanics that connect customer outcomes to financial results. The cross functional partnerships with finance, analytics, enablement, and RevOps technology also mirror how modern SaaS organizations scale process, data, and governance without losing visibility.
The position best suits an operator who prefers structured problem solving, careful definition of metrics, and translating ambiguity into repeatable cadence. It will appeal to someone who enjoys being the analytical partner to senior post sales leaders and can communicate clearly through executive narratives and board ready materials. Comfort working across Salesforce and BI tooling, plus interest in applied AI for churn and upsell signals, aligns well with the role’s emphasis.

Job Description
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing RevOps team. This person will be the operational and analytical backbone of Checkr's Customer Success and Account Management organizations, building the infrastructure that helps every post-sales dollar get planned, forecasted, and protected. You'll own the operating cadence for the post-sales business - from territory design and quota setting to forecasting, health reporting, and program management - giving CS and AM leaders the tools and insight they need to hit their retention and expansion targets. Working closely with Sales Ops, Analytics, Enablement, and RevOps Technologies, you'll help turn post-sales strategy into repeatable process, directly shaping Checkr's net revenue retention as the business scales.
What You'll Do:
- Design and maintain territory, book, and account assignment models for the Customer Success and Account Management teams, balancing capacity, coverage, and growth potential
- Own the quota-setting process for CS and AM, partnering with finance and revenue leadership to align targets and capacity
- Build and run the renewal and expansion forecasting process, delivering accurate, defensible numbers for weekly pipeline and business reviews
- Serve as a trusted operating partner to Customer Success and Account Management leadership, defining and tracking the goals, metrics, and processes that scale the post-sales business
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales Ops, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and Support to improve post-sales workflows and remove friction from the customer journey
- Lead executive-level analyses and materials, including board updates and quarterly business reviews, that translate post-sales performance into a clear narrative for stakeholders
- Leverage AI to maximize impact for our post sales teams (e.g. proactive churn signals, intelligently identify key upsell accounts at the right time, etc.)
What you bring:
- 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, with direct exposure to post-sales, customer success, or account management preferred.
- Understanding of key Customer Success concepts, metrics, and processes / best practices.
- Proven experience owning territory design, quota setting, and forecasting processes for a revenue-generating team.
- An incredible attention to detail and ability to see processes through end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with fluency in Salesforce and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni; SQL proficiency a plus
- A track record of driving cross-functional initiatives independently, from scoping through implementation, across sales, CS, finance, and product stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and the judgment to translate complex data into a clear, compelling narrative for senior stakeholders
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
