Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Executive Assistant role stands out in SaaS because it sits directly inside a revenue organization’s operating system. Supporting senior GTM leadership at a company like Gong means proximity to the cadence that drives subscription growth, including forecasting rhythms, cross functional alignment, and the communication patterns that keep Sales and Customer Success moving in step.
For a SaaS career, the long term value is the chance to develop a sharp understanding of how GTM priorities translate into execution. The work touches stakeholder management across Finance, People Ops, enablement, and leadership operations, which builds fluency in the internal mechanics that recur across SaaS companies. Experience tracking priorities, KPIs, and deliverables also strengthens operational judgment that transfers into roles such as business operations, chief of staff tracks, or GTM program management.
This position is best suited to an EA who prefers high trust autonomy and can act as an extension of an executive without constant direction. It will fit someone who enjoys systems, discretion, and crisp written communication, and who is motivated by coordinating complex schedules while also influencing how leaders spend time and attention.
