What's the opportunity?
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to help take our paid search program to the next level. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, is energized by performance optimization, and enjoys translating insights into scalable strategy.
You’ll be a key player in shaping how we acquire high-quality leads and customers through search. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable with complexity—managing large datasets, experimenting with bidding strategies, and drawing insights that influence broader growth initiatives.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end ownership of our Google Ads program, including Search, Performance Max, and experimental campaign types.
- Strategy development and tactical execution across keyword planning, audience targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
- Continuous performance analysis and experimentation, driving incremental gains through structured testing and iteration.
- Development of dashboards, pacing reports, and performance insights to keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaign messaging and landing pages
- Identification of growth opportunities across the funnel, surfacing strategic insights backed by data.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, ideally in high-growth environments.
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and campaign tracking infrastructure.
- Confident in handling large data sets using spreadsheets, and comfortable working with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously—you know when to zoom into the details and when to zoom out.
- Organized, analytical, and highly curious—you love solving problems and turning data into action.
- Excellent communicator—you can distill complex performance insights into clear, strategic, data-backed recommendations.
