Associate Services Delivery Manager
Location: Mexico City
As an Associate Services Delivery Manager at Snowflake, you’ll be supporting the delivery of our most important customer engagements. This is an exciting early-career opportunity for someone eager to build project and customer delivery skills in the cloud data space. You’ll work closely with senior SDMs, Practice Managers, project teams, and Snowflake customers to ensure projects are well-coordinated, documented, and successfully executed.
In this role, you’ll develop foundational experience across professional services delivery, project coordination, and customer operations—while contributing to customer success at one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies in the world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Support Solution Architects, Practice Managers and Senior Services Delivery Managers in day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling, status tracking, documentation, and internal communications
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders such as Consulting Managers, Technical Delivery Directors, Practice Directors and Operations team to ensure projects are smoothly delivered
Create, update and track project plans, risks, and action logs
Own project reporting and metrics tracking for customer engagements
Attend and support customer meetings, capturing notes, follow-ups, and next steps
Build an understanding of Snowflake’s delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices
Support delivery documentation including statements of work, project artifacts, and customer onboarding materials
Participate in internal initiatives to improve delivery operations and customer experience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Up to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, consulting, customer success, or delivery support
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Comfort working across multiple projects, stakeholders, teams, and tools
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Familiarity with cloud technologies or enterprise software is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish and English) required

Experience supporting technical or customer-facing teams
Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira)
Understanding of data, cloud, or SaaS concepts
