Summary
The Senior Strategic Alliance Director - GSI (Australia) is responsible for driving OneStream’s growth and market presence in Australia. This position manages and expands partnerships with both major Global Advisory firms—including Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC—and Regional System Integrators operating within the region. The dual focus is to achieve revenue goals and customer success by leveraging the strengths of global alliances and cultivating high-performing regional system integrators. The Senior Director will facilitate joint solution development, co-sell opportunities, and collaborate on marketing and sales activities, with the potential to build a Regional Partner Account Management team to support OneStream’s continued expansion and innovation in APAC.
This role is based in Australia.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Global Advisory Firms
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and expand relationships with major global advisory partners.
- Facilitate joint solution development and co-sell opportunities with global firms.
- Ensure alignment with OneStream’s alliance policies and accurate product messaging.
- Serve as the main point of contact for alliance communications and conflict resolution.
- Report on achievement of objectives related to Global Advisors to executive management.
Regional System Integrators
- Recruit, qualify, and nurture relationships with regional partners in each APAC country.
- In the long term, this role has the potential to build and lead a Regional Partner Account Management team that will scale and strengthen the partner ecosystem across APAC.
- Support solution asset development and enablement goals for regional partners.
- Coordinate joint marketing and sales activities tailored to local market needs.
- Build practice capacity to support scalable, sustained growth year-on-year.
Cross-Partner Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including global advisory leads, regional sales, marketing, product development, and strategy.
- Integrate best practices and strategies across both partner segments to maximize revenue growth and customer success.
Required Education and Experience
- 8+ years of experience in partner, channel, or alliance management.
- Experience working with global advisory alliances.
- Proven success in building sustainable working relationships internally and externally.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management within enterprise application software provider(s).
- Previous experience that has provided a good understanding of Corporate Performance Management and the operations issues around financial consolidation and FP&A processes.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- Graduate degree in business preferred.
- Previous sales experience is highly preferred.

- Strong executive presence and ability to engage senior partners and managing directors.
- Deep knowledge of global advisory firms’ go-to-market strategies and technology engagement models.
- Strategic thinker with innovation capability and adaptability.
- Professional, results-driven, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and collaborative approach.
Travel
- This role will require travel up to 30% within the assigned regions to attend meetings and events with partners. Additionally, this role will be expected to travel internationally at least twice per year for OneStream conferences and events which last for several days.
