We’re seeking an analytical and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in optimizing lead flow, supporting campaign operations, and analyzing performance data to drive strategic improvements.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the technical management of marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), including troubleshooting data sync issues and supporting system optimization.
- Collaborate on data governance initiatives to ensure high-quality lead flow and accurate synchronization of marketing-qualified leads.
- Monitor and resolve incoming requests, incidents, and quality assurance issues via the global ticketing system.
- Analyze quarterly marketing operations support data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Build strong relationships with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Campaign and Digital teams to support seamless communication and operational alignment.
- Contribute to ad-hoc marketing operations projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Required Education and Experience
- In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or graduate-level degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
- Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience or interest in tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to shared goals.
