Work on detailing on the product design with cross-functional teams to ensure all regulatory & commercial requirements are included in builds.
Creates user stories and ensures that business requirements, functionality and basic usability principles are incorporated.
Collaborates with the Squad, Tribe, Portfolio Management to ensure builds are delivered on spec and on-time, that resources to design and deliver new features and enhancements that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Creates the iteration plan and features roadmap quarterly for the assigned products and processes/experiences.
Keeps abreast of competitor products and industry trends and looks for opportunities to further improve the digital customer experience.
