What you’ll do
As a Renewal Sales Manager, you will:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for account management and renewal support
- Serve as the renewals owner, proactively resolving issues, mitigating churn risks, and closing renewal contracts
- Develop expertise in Amplitude’s product to conduct discovery calls, tailored demos, and value driven presentations
- Identify early churn signals through data analysis of product usage and contract trends
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to streamline approvals and contract resolutions
- Create detailed renewal quotes and ensure necessary approvals are secured
- Accurately forecast renewal outcomes for the current and next quarter by maintaining updated pipeline data
- Provide regular status updates and transparency into churn risk and forecast outcomes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, generating expansion leads for Account Executives

At a minimum, you need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in account or renewal management within a high-volume B2B SaaS environment
