Are you passionate about proactively reducing churn, improving customer health, and driving retention? As a Renewal Sales Manager, you will maintain relationships with Velocity segment customers across the Asia Pacific Region, focussing on retention, ensuring predictable renewals, implementing preemptive measures to enhance retention and improve our renewal base.

What you’ll do
As a Renewal Sales Manager, you will:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for account management and renewal support
- Serve as the renewals owner, proactively resolving issues, mitigating churn risks, and closing renewal contracts
- Develop expertise in Amplitude’s product to conduct discovery calls, tailored demos, and value driven presentations
- Identify early churn signals through data analysis of product usage and contract trends
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to streamline approvals and contract resolutions
- Create detailed renewal quotes and ensure necessary approvals are secured
- Accurately forecast renewal outcomes for the current and next quarter by maintaining updated pipeline data
- Provide regular status updates and transparency into churn risk and forecast outcomes
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, generating expansion leads for Account Executives
