Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Growth marketing roles that span acquisition through retention are especially relevant in SaaS because recurring revenue depends on continuously improving the full customer journey, not just top of funnel volume. This position sits at that intersection, with remit across search, lifecycle channels, and website conversion, and with close ties to product and data partners. The scope suggests a SaaS motion where self serve performance and pipeline outcomes both matter, making the work grounded in measurable levers rather than brand awareness alone.
For a SaaS career path, the standout value is operating as a generalist who can connect channel strategy to onboarding and activation outcomes. Building experimentation frameworks, diagnosing funnel friction, and scaling what works are durable skills across subscription businesses, particularly those refining PLG mechanics alongside sales assisted growth. The cross functional operating model also builds fluency with how Product, RevOps, and analytics teams translate customer behavior into revenue impact.
This role best fits a marketer who prefers ambiguous problem spaces and is comfortable making decisions without an established playbook. It aligns with someone who enjoys hands on channel ownership while coordinating stakeholders, and who measures success through iterative testing, clear attribution thinking, and disciplined prioritization.

What you’ll do
- Growth Strategy: Define acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategy spanning search (organic & paid), web, email, social, display, and more, while overseeing execution through appropriate team stakeholders.
- Channel Testing & Analytics: Rapidly identify, test, and scale new marketing channels to drive growth. Develop a framework for quick experimentation and iteration to assess channel viability and performance.
- Database Activation: Deploy strategies to re-engage aged leads and customers
- Conversion Rate and Funnel Optimization: Oversee website optimization, and partner closely with Product and Design to optimize self-serve (PLG) signup and onboarding experience.
- Paid Acquisition: Define and oversee all paid acquisition strategies to fuel new customer acquisition across search, social, display, and affiliate. Campaigns will be run in-house directly by you while programs scale, with the possibility of external support once traction is proven.
- SEO and AEO: Lead SEO and AEO strategy, identifying key content and technical gaps and opportunities for improvement.
What you bring
- 6+ years experience in digital/growth marketing, ideally in high-growth B2B tech environments. Experience working in a business with a PLG/self-serve acquisition funnel is strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with basic analytical tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Looker, Google Analytics).
- A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency.
- Self starter: go-getter attitude who likes to get things done on their own initiative.
What you’ll get
- A fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Learning and development allowance
- Competitive compensation and opportunity for advancement
- 100% medical, dental and vision coverage
- Unlimited PTO policy
