Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Workplace Experience roles are becoming a core capability in SaaS companies that operate with distributed teams, where day to day coordination, onboarding, and connection are delivered through systems rather than physical offices. This position is notable because it treats the virtual workplace as an owned product area, with clear scope across community spaces, events, and employee support for a Philippines based group within a global organisation.
For a SaaS career, the value sits in learning how internal operations scale when headcount grows across geographies. The remit touches vendor management, budgeting, and cross functional coordination with IT, Legal, Finance, and Talent, all common interfaces in subscription businesses that rely on consistent processes. Experience designing repeatable rituals and onboarding flows also translates well into broader People Operations and Employee Experience paths in SaaS.
This role tends to suit someone who enjoys building structure from ambiguity and prefers proactive problem solving over reactive administration. It aligns with professionals who like combining hospitality instincts with operational detail, and who are comfortable influencing without formal authority in a remote first environment. It also fits candidates looking to deepen expertise in distributed work practices and the tooling that underpins them.
