Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Business Systems Analyst role sits at the center of a SaaS company’s monetization engine: quote to cash. It is focused on turning pricing and packaging decisions into operational reality across quoting, ordering, and billing, with Salesforce CPQ as a core system. The scope spans multiple go to market motions, from self service flows to enterprise contracting, which is where SaaS revenue operations typically becomes most complex and most consequential.
For a SaaS career, Q2C specialization builds durable leverage. Work at this layer develops fluency in subscription and consumption models, cross functional dependency management, and the tradeoffs between speed, control, and compliance in revenue systems. The emphasis on scalable architecture, automation, and system stability also mirrors how mature SaaS organizations run internal platforms, making the experience portable across companies with similar revenue stacks.
This role fits someone who prefers solving ambiguous process problems through systems design rather than incremental administration. It will suit professionals who like partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering, and who are comfortable being accountable for end to end workflows. It also aligns with candidates who enjoy translating product launches into operational changes and who take a rigorous approach to testing and governance.

About the team/role
Our Revenue Operations team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to serve as our dedicated Quote to Cash (Q2C) expert. In this role, you will combine strong technical architecture and design skills with a deep understanding of financial workflows to fully activate our revenue technology stack. You will help us scale our deal operations across all segments and go-to-market motions - from high-velocity self-service to complex enterprise contracts.
You will be the guardian of our Q2C infrastructure, ensuring our systems are scalable, stable, and secure. Your mission is to translate complex business requirements and monetization strategies into a world-class quoting experience. You aren't just configuring fields; you are diagnosing friction points in how we sell, designing automated quoting workflows, and consulting on how our ordering and billing engines should evolve to support new ways of doing business.
What you'll do
- Drive the Sales Motion: Lead the strategy and execution of the Quote-to-Order lifecycle. Ensure the path for a customer to purchase our products is seamless, automated, and built for scale.
- Product Launch Partner: Serve as a core stakeholder in the Go-To-Market process. Consult on and implement how new products and complex pricing models are brought to market within our sales systems.
- Systems Strategy: Act as a key advisor to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Engineering leadership on the evolution of our ordering and scalability of billing engines to support new, complex consumption and subscription models.
- Scale Through Innovation: Champion the transition toward automated proposal-to-order infrastructure, identifying opportunities for AI-driven contract analysis, natural language quoting, or automated data flows that reduce manual effort.
- Diagnose & Design: Translate high-level business needs into technical requirements. You move beyond "order taking" to diagnose the root cause of process friction and design the system to drive revenue outcomes.
What you bring
- Experience: 5+ years of GTM Systems or Revenue Operations experience in a B2B environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Multi-channel Knowledge: Background across various go-to-market motions, including enterprise sales, PLG, and consumption-based billing models.
- DevOps Mindset: You value system stability and approach changes with engineering rigor - designing for the long term, testing thoroughly, and monitoring for errors.
- Process Optimization: A relentless focus on efficiency, with the ability to refactor legacy billing processes into streamlined, automated workflows.
- AI Fluency: An "AI-First" thinker interested in using AI tools and APIs to drive business efficiency.
What you’ll get
- A fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Learning and development allowance
- Competitive cash and equity compensation and opportunity for advancement
- 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services
- Flexible PTO policy
- Monthly wellness stipend
