About The Role:
Camunda is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re looking for a VP of Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy to partner closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to scale our go-to-market engine and accelerate ARR growth. This role sits at the heart of our revenue organization, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to how we grow. You’ll work side-by-side with the CRO and GTM leaders to translate strategy into execution—building a scalable, data-informed revenue operating model that supports both ambitious growth goals and strong customer outcomes.
This leader will modernize systems, processes, and data infrastructure while partnering closely with executive leadership to turn strategy into execution. The mandate is clear: build a scalable, data-driven GTM machine that supports sustained ARR growth across new bookings, expansion, and retention.
What You Will Do:
Revenue Transformation & Scale
Define and own the enterprise GTM operating model, aligning strategy, structure, processes, and enablement to drive consistent execution at scale.
Translate executive GTM strategy into scalable operating rhythms, onboarding frameworks, and playbooks across Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
Lead complex, multi-region change initiatives to ensure alignment, adoption, and performance as GTM motions, tooling, and organizational models evolve.
ARR Growth & GTM Strategy
Partner with executive leadership to define and execute GTM strategies that drive net new ARR, expansion, and retention
Own segmentation, territory design, capacity planning, and coverage models to maximize revenue productivity
Support pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy to unlock new growth vectors
Evaluate and operationalize new growth initiatives (e.g., PLG motions, new segments, channels, or geographies)
Forecasting, Planning & Revenue Predictability
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and long-range growth planning
Build scalable models for capacity, quota, and investment planning aligned to ARR targets
Improve forecast accuracy and visibility for executive leadership and the board
Partner with Finance to align GTM execution with financial planning and investor expectations
Data, Analytics & Decision Enablement
Build a best-in-class revenue analytics function that enables faster, smarter decision-making
Define and track KPIs across the full revenue lifecycle (funnel, conversion, velocity, retention, expansion, CAC, LTV)
Turn data into actionable insights that directly impact ARR growth and efficiency
Establish a single source of truth for GTM performance
Systems & Infrastructure at Scale/Execution & Enablement
Set the enterprise vision and operating model for the GTM technology and enablement ecosystem, owning CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, CPQ, and BI as core business platforms.
Lead large-scale system and process transformations to enable global scale, automation, and sustained productivity. Serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement executives to translate GTM strategy into scalable onboarding, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
Lead change management across the GTM organization to ensure adoption, alignment, and consistent execution as strategy, tools, and operating models evolve.
Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success leadership to ensure teams are enabled to execute at scale
Support onboarding, playbooks, and operating cadences that reinforce consistent execution
Team Leadership
Build, scale, and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations & Strategy organization
Hire and develop leaders who can operate in ambiguity and drive change
Foster a culture focused on impact, accountability, and continuous improvement
