Role Overview
We're looking for a Group Product Manager to own and scale Harvey's Ecosystem product area—the critical surface where Harvey meets users in their existing workflows. This role is responsible for how Harvey integrates with the productivity tools professionals use every day, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and emerging copilot experiences.
As the Group PM for Ecosystem, you'll lead the strategy and execution for our embedded experiences—plugins, add-ins, and native integrations that bring Harvey's AI capabilities directly into the tools our customers already use. You'll define how Harvey becomes an indispensable part of our users' daily workflows, whether they're drafting contracts in Word, managing communications in Outlook, or leveraging AI-assisted copilot experiences across their productivity suite.
This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of platform, product, and partnerships. You'll work closely with engineering, design, partnerships, and GTM teams to build integrations that are not just functional, but transformative—making Harvey the system of intelligence for professional work.
What You'll Do
Own the Ecosystem Vision: Define and execute the product strategy for Harvey's embedded experiences, including the Word Add-In, Outlook plugin, and copilot integrations across the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond.
Lead Product Execution: Drive the roadmap for ecosystem integrations, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities. Ship high-quality experiences that meet enterprise-grade security and compliance requirements.
Build and Lead a Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of product managers focused on integrations and embedded experiences. Foster a culture of ownership, velocity, and customer obsession.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Engineering (including the Embedded Experience team working with OfficeJS), Design, Partnerships, Customer Success, and GTM teams to deliver seamless integration experiences.
Drive Platform Partnerships: Work with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft, document management systems like iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox) to deepen integrations and expand Harvey's reach within customer workflows.
Understand Customer Workflows: Develop deep empathy for how legal and professional services teams work. Translate their pain points into product opportunities that make Harvey essential to their daily workflows.
Define Success Metrics: Establish and track key metrics for adoption, engagement, and value delivery across ecosystem products. Use data to inform prioritization and iterate on the product experience.
Influence Company Strategy: As a senior product leader, contribute to Harvey's broader product strategy and help shape the future of AI-powered professional work.
What You'll Work On
You can expect to:
Own and evolve the Harvey Word Add-In experience—our flagship embedded product that brings AI drafting assistance directly into Microsoft Word
Define the strategy for Outlook, Word, co-pilot and more—helping users leverage Harvey within their existing workflows
Shape the vision for Harvey's copilot experiences—how Harvey can proactively assist users across their productivity suite
Build relationships with key platform partners and identify opportunities to deepen integrations
Recruit and grow the Ecosystem PM team to support expanding product ambitions
Why This Role
High Impact: You'll own a product area that is critical to Harvey's growth strategy—integrations are how Harvey becomes embedded in customer workflows and drives retention and expansion.
Strategic Scope: This role sits at the intersection of Product, Partnerships, and Engineering, giving you visibility and influence across the company.
Category-Defining Work: Help define what AI-powered professional work looks like by building the bridge between cutting-edge AI and the tools professionals use every day.
Strong Team: Join a world-class team of engineers, designers, and product managers who are building the future of AI for professional services.
