We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you won't just find candidates — you will solve complex hiring challenges by leveraging AI-powered tools, conducting deep market research, and building high-impact talent pipelines. As a key partner to our Engineering and Product leaders, you will play a critical role in ensuring we attract the top-tier technical talent needed to scale our mission.
You’ll Own:
- Sourcing: managing the full sourcing lifecycle for R&D roles, including Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and Product.
- Candidate Conversion and Evaluation: discovering exceptional active and passive tech talent, leading initial screening conversations to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Data Management: tracking top of funnel data, analyzing performance trends, conducting market research, and continuously optimizing your workflow.
You’ll Solve:
- Profile Definition: partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to solve complex hiring needs by defining target profiles and tailored strategies.
- Creative Outreach: build unconventional strategies to engage hard-to-reach passive candidates.
- Technical Strategy: leveraging advanced techniques and automation across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, LLM models (GPT, Gemini, etc.).

How You’ll Succeed
- 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, with a deep focus on R&D and Product roles within global tech environments, using advanced Boolean, GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, LLM models, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, which translate data into actionable hiring trends, and manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, partner effectively with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Candidate-Centric Approach: A commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience, treating every interaction as an opportunity to build our employer brand.
- Operational Excellence: Highly organized and data-driven, with a "project owner" mentality and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Communication: Fluency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) is essential for global collaboration.
