Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Brand and Web Designer role sits at a familiar SaaS intersection: brand systems that need to stay coherent while digital surfaces evolve quickly. The listing signals a B2B platform company with global scope and a recent rebrand, which typically creates sustained demand for design that can translate positioning into web experiences, campaigns, and day to day go to market execution.
For a long term SaaS design career, the blend of brand craft and marketing UI/UX is a durable advantage. Work that spans websites, landing pages, and sales enablement tends to sharpen conversion oriented thinking, stakeholder management across marketing and product, and the ability to operationalise a design system across many touchpoints. Exposure to iterative workflows, including selective AI assisted exploration, also maps well to how modern SaaS teams prototype and ship.
The role is best suited to a designer who is comfortable owning end to end delivery rather than specialising narrowly. It will fit someone who enjoys balancing visual identity with usability, can incorporate feedback without losing clarity, and prefers partnering closely with cross functional teams to keep brand and web experiences aligned as priorities shift.

With over $400M raised from tier-one investors, our platform enables companies to manage global workforces end-to-end — from hiring and onboarding to paying employees in over 160 countries.
Earlier this year, Papaya Global completed a bold and innovative rebrand. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking to strengthen our design leadership and execution capabilities with a Brand Designer with UI/UX experience to join our noise-making Product team.
You will:

- Design and evolve UI/UX for marketing surfaces such as websites and landing pages, ensuring clarity, usability, and strong conversion
- Create assets and collateral for internal teams, enabling multiple functions while maintaining brand consistency and design quality
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, product, and web teams to translate strategy and messaging into strong visual experiences
- Support creative exploration and ideation, including selective use of AI-assisted design tools and workflows (e.g. rapid visual iteration, generative imagery, layout exploration) where they add real value
- Gather, interpret, and implement feedback from multiple stakeholders to refine and elevate design outputs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in brand and marketing design, with hands-on UI/UX work
- Proven experience designing websites and landing pages (UX thinking, wireframing, and high-fidelity design)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and related design tools
- Experience creating and managing PowerPoint templates
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and handle iterations
- Academic background in visual communication or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design and UI/UX work (please include a link)
- Fluent or native-level English
- Experience in B2B / SaaS marketing — preferred
