Role Overview
We're building the marketing infrastructure to support one of the fastest-growing AI companies in legal. To do that well, we need people who are as comfortable in a CRM as they are thinking about how AI can eliminate the manual work holding great marketing teams back.
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Analyst to help connect our martech stack, build out AI-powered workflows, and support the analytics and reporting that keep our go-to-market motion sharp. This role reports into our Marketing Operations Lead and works closely with Demand Gen, Sales, RevOps, and Business Tech.
If you're someone who likes to get into the systems, fix what's broken, build what doesn't exist yet, and make data actually usable, then this role is for you.
What You'll Do
What You Have
2+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical/technical marketing role — ideally in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
Experience managing event platforms, attribution platforms, reverse ETL, and other marketing systems
Comfort working with data: you can clean a list, build a report, spot an anomaly, and explain what it means.
Genuine curiosity about AI and automation. You've experimented with tools or agents to make your work faster and better. Fluent in OpenAI and Claude.
Attention to detail and a low tolerance for messy data or broken processes.
Able to manage multiple workstreams and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.
Experience with SQL and programming
Familiarity building and running API calls, Marketo API is a plus.
Compensation
$108,900 - $163,300 USD
