Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Corporate Paralegal role stands out in SaaS because it sits at the intersection of product-led scale and global corporate infrastructure. Harvey operates an enterprise-grade AI platform serving customers across many countries, and that footprint typically brings a complex subsidiary landscape, board governance cadence, and jurisdiction-specific compliance obligations that are materially different from single-market software businesses.
For a SaaS career path, the work builds durable expertise in how high-growth software companies operationalise governance as they expand internationally. Managing entity lifecycles, coordinating with Finance and Tax, and running board and shareholder processes develops a systems view of how SaaS firms stay execution-ready for restructurings, integrations, and ongoing statutory deadlines. That experience tends to transfer well across later-stage SaaS environments where cross-border operations and stakeholder management are core to day-to-day decision making.
The role is best suited to a paralegal who prefers clear ownership, calendar-driven execution, and precision in documentation, while also being comfortable coordinating across time zones and senior stakeholders. It will appeal to professionals who want a long runway in SaaS legal operations and who enjoy building repeatable governance processes rather than focusing solely on one-off matters.
