About the role
We are looking for an Integration Architect – Agentic Delivery who can design and implement scalable integrations between AI-powered agentic systems and enterprise platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce. This role will focus on building intelligent workflows, automations, and seamless data exchange across systems.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement integrations between agentic AI platforms and Zendesk / Salesforce
- Design end-to-end workflows for customer support automation using AI agents
- Build and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations
- Ensure data consistency, security, and scalability across systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver solutions
- Develop custom connectors, orchestration layers, and automation pipelines
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance
Requirement
- Strong experience with Zendesk APIs, apps framework, and workflows
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, integrations)
- Experience in integration architecture (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier, custom middleware, etc.)
- Knowledge of API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven systems
- Exposure to Agentic AI / LLM workflows / prompt orchestration
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with AI automation platforms / conversational AI
- Knowledge of LangChain / LLM integrations
- Background in customer experience (CX) platforms
