Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Product Manager role sits at the intersection of two defining SaaS themes: data infrastructure and AI-assisted workflows. Enrichment is a foundational capability for many B2B products, because it determines how reliably customer data can be connected, updated, and activated across tools. The remit spanning integrations, an AI research agent, and a third party data marketplace signals a product area where platform decisions directly influence downstream go to market execution.
From a SaaS career perspective, the work maps to durable product skills that travel well across modern B2B companies. Managing enrichment systems builds fluency in APIs, partner dependencies, and quality tradeoffs that show up in any integration heavy environment. The AI component adds practical experience turning model capabilities into repeatable user workflows, a pattern increasingly relevant as SaaS products embed automation into core journeys rather than offering it as an add on.
This role tends to fit product leaders who prefer technically grounded problem spaces and are comfortable coordinating across multiple engineering groups. It also suits professionals who like measuring impact through reliability, performance, and adoption, not just feature output. The New York preference suggests meaningful in person collaboration for candidates who value close iteration with engineering and design.

Product Manager, Enrichment & AI
We're looking for a Product Manager to own Enrichment—one of Clay's most critical and technically complex product areas. You'll lead strategy across tables, integrations, Claygent (our AI research agent), and our 3rd party data marketplace, partnering closely with engineering to ship fast and drive impact at scale.
As the PM for Enrichment, you'll shape the core workflows that power thousands of GTM teams daily. This role offers significant scope and a major AI component as we push the boundaries of AI-powered data enrichment and automated workflow building.
We strongly prefer candidates based in New York, as our product, engineering, and design teams collaborate in person.
What You'll Do
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enrichment—including tables, integrations, Claygent, and our data marketplace
Lead core AI product initiatives, including using AI to automatically build tables and research workflows
Partner with engineering to ship high-quality features across 5+ engineering teams
Work cross-functionally with GTM and Solutions teams to ensure product-market fit at scale
Balance performance, complexity, and user experience as we scale enrichment infrastructure
What You'll Bring
7+ years of product management experience at high-growth B2B SaaS companies (1-100 or 100-1000 stage preferred)
Experience owning complex, technical products—ideally data platforms, workflow automation, or developer tools
Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and how technical systems connect (CS degree not required, but you're a fast technical learner)
Track record of driving cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Excitement about AI's potential to transform how users interact with data
