Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Field marketing remains a pivotal lever in B2B SaaS when growth depends on aligning regional demand generation with how software is evaluated and bought locally. This role stands out for its explicit focus on international markets, where localisation, partner ecosystems, and in-market insight often determine whether a global narrative translates into pipeline across EMEA and APAC. The remit also signals a SaaS organisation operating with clear cross-functional interfaces between Marketing, Revenue, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
From a SaaS career perspective, the work builds durable operating skills in go-to-market execution that travel well across companies and categories. Managing regional programs forces a disciplined approach to segmentation, messaging adaptation, and measurement, while staying close to competitive context and buyer behaviour. The emphasis on enablement assets and post-event follow-through also reinforces an end-to-end view of the funnel, not just top-of-funnel activity.
The role is best suited to marketers who prefer orchestrating across functions and balancing strategy with hands-on delivery. It fits professionals who enjoy combining qualitative market learning with performance data, and who are comfortable representing marketing in revenue-adjacent conversations. An interest in multi-region SaaS go-to-market mechanics and partner-led channels will align particularly well.
