Job Title: Data Annotation Operations Expert
Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Data Annotation Operations Expert to support delivery of voice and video annotation projects for Blue Machines and Cartesia. This role will focus on project coordination, onboarding, training, quality processes, and day-to-day delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of voice and video annotation projects
- Manage onboarding and training of evaluators and QC resources
- Track daily progress, quality, and timelines across projects
- Support process setup, documentation, and SOP creation
- Identify delivery risks and escalate issues proactively
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain reporting on project status, output, and quality metrics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in voice (mandatory) and video data annotation services
- Experience in voice annotation is mandatory, video annotation is preferred
- Strong understanding of transcription, annotation workflows, and QC processes
- Ability to manage project coordination and day-to-day delivery operations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI/ML data projects
- Experience with multilingual or Hinglish datasets
- Experience creating training material or annotation SOPs
