Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Product Marketing Manager role stands out in the SaaS landscape because it sits at the intersection of product, revenue, and a regulated problem space. Fraud prevention and identity risk are categories where buyer scrutiny is high and differentiation is difficult, which makes positioning and narrative work unusually consequential. The remit spans a portfolio rather than a single feature, signalling a need to connect market shifts to a cohesive story that can hold up across mid market and enterprise conversations.
From a SaaS career perspective, the scope builds durable GTM muscles that transfer across B2B categories: turning research into messaging, enabling consultative sales motions, and translating competitive signals into inputs for pricing and roadmap influence. The emphasis on pipeline impact and win loss learning aligns with how modern SaaS teams evaluate marketing effectiveness, while the expectation of executive level influence mirrors how product marketing operates as companies mature their go to market.
This role is best suited to a seasoned PMM who prefers autonomy, is comfortable working through ambiguity, and enjoys being close to customer and sales feedback loops. It will fit someone who likes combining analytical market work with crisp storytelling, and who wants a seat in cross functional discussions where strategy, product direction, and revenue execution meet.

Job Description
We’re looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager who will own the positioning and GTM strategy for our fraud prevention and identity risk solutions, from messaging through pipeline impact. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role. If you thrive on ambiguity and can move fast with rigor, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy across Checkr’s fraud prevention and identity risk portfolio and specialized verification products
- Develop Checkr’s fraud narrative, connecting fast-moving trends with Checkr’s differentiated position and translating it into crisp, compelling messaging for mid-market and enterprise buyers
- Ensure our sales and partnership teams understand the challenges we solve for our buyers, and equip them to handle complex, consultative deals with playbooks, talking points, and collateral
- Own market, customer, and competitive intelligence - from buyer research and win/loss analysis to competitive battlecards - and translate those signals into GTM strategy, pricing input, and product roadmap influence
- Represent Checkr in customer meetings and industry events as a subject matter expert
What you bring:
- 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience; background in fraud prevention, identity verification, risk, compliance, or security is a strong plus
- A track record of owning complex GTM programs end-to-end; you’ve built the strategy and plan and delivered measurable outcomes autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level - you’ve influenced roadmap decisions and earned credibility in rooms where you weren’t the most senior person
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a gift for persuasive storytelling. Your messaging is sharp, and you’re comfortable presenting to and fielding questions from executives and customers
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action, with an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple initiatives successfully
- AI fluency and a knack for leveraging tools to drive efficiency and smarter workflows
What you’ll get
- A fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Learning and development allowance
- Competitive cash and equity compensation, and opportunity for advancement
- 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Up to $25K reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services
- Flexible PTO policy
- Monthly wellness stipend
