This leadership role is critical in developing and scaling our go-to-market strategies for our largest enterprise prospects. As theleader, you will help hire, guide, and elevate a team of Enterprise Account Executives whopossessdeep productexpertiseand strong commercial acumen. In this role, you will work closely with our product, solutions, engineering, and channel teams, as well as our customers, to drive successful sales strategies across theNinjaOneplatform. This highly visible role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, salesstrategyand business leadership, essential for achieving our continued record growth in the marketplace.
Location –Remote in TX, KS,IL*, NY,CT, FL, GA, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, TN, TX, VA, & WA.
Own pipeline health and forecasting rigor, ensuring disciplined inspection of activity, deal progression, and revenue predictability.
Provide regular, data-driven insights to senior leadership on team performance, pipeline trends, and revenue attainment.
Proven ability to build, scale, andretainhigh-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, accountability, and results.
Deep sales acumen, including negotiation, deal strategy, and disciplined use of salesmethodologyto drive outcomes.
