Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Channel Co-Sell Director role stands out because it sits in a core SaaS distribution layer that has become increasingly important in enterprise buying: cloud marketplaces and partner co-sell frameworks. With an AI platform positioned for large, global brands, the work is anchored in the practical mechanics of how modern SaaS is packaged, transacted, and jointly sold alongside hyperscalers and services partners.
For a SaaS career, this is a strong pathway into repeatable partner-led go-to-market systems. The remit touches enablement, deal execution, and measurement, which builds fluency in how pipeline is influenced outside direct sales. Experience with private offers, committed cloud spend motions, and marketplace readiness also transfers well across B2B SaaS companies that are standardising procurement through AWS, Azure, and GCP.
The role fits professionals who prefer building programs that make other teams effective, then tying those programs to observable commercial outcomes. It will suit someone comfortable operating across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Solutions functions, and who enjoys reducing friction in complex deal paths rather than owning a single account list.
