Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Global Fulfillment is a less visible but central system inside enterprise SaaS, especially for vendors delivering both product and services at scale. This Senior Manager role sits at the intersection of revenue commitments and delivery capacity, translating demand into staffing and partner coverage. The remit also signals a shift in how mature SaaS organizations run internal operations, with explicit emphasis on automation, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support rather than manual coordination.
From a SaaS career perspective, the work builds durable operating leverage skills: capacity planning, utilization economics, and the governance needed to keep sales, delivery, and finance aligned on a single view of supply and demand. Exposure to systems such as CRM, ERP, and PSA, alongside data fluency and light coding, maps well to modern SaaS ops paths where leaders are expected to pair process design with measurable outcomes.
This role fits operators who enjoy balancing strategic roadmaps with day-to-day execution, and who are comfortable leading globally distributed stakeholders through ambiguity and tradeoffs. It is also well matched to managers who want their next step to include technology-led transformation, not only people leadership and reporting.
