Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Algolia sits in a mature, infrastructure-grade corner of SaaS where product differentiation is won through clarity as much as capability. A Product Marketing Manager here operates at the intersection of AI search, digital experience, and enterprise buying committees, translating technical performance and new features into market narratives that resonate with both practitioners and executives.
For a SaaS career, this role builds durable go-to-market craft across the full lifecycle: research-led positioning, launch orchestration, and post-launch adoption work tied to activation and retention. The remit spans sales enablement, competitive insight, and voice-of-customer synthesis, which are core muscles in subscription businesses where feedback loops, usage data, and field learnings continuously reshape messaging and roadmap influence.
This is best suited to a product marketer who prefers cross-functional operating rhythms and can move between strategy and concrete outputs like talk tracks, decks, and funnel assets without losing rigor. It will appeal to professionals who enjoy enterprise context, stakeholder-heavy collaboration, and making technical products legible through segmented messaging by persona, industry, and use case.
